Terms and Conditions for Booking with Let’s Make Memories

1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings with Let’s Make Memories are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. The final payment must be made 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in the total amount being due.

3. Delivery & Setup
We will deliver and set up all inflatable equipment at the agreed time. Please ensure the area where the equipment is to be placed is clear of any obstacles and that there is sufficient space for setup. Any issues regarding access or location may result in delays or extra charges.

4. Safety & Supervision
The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is an adult present at all times to supervise the equipment during use. All inflatable products should be used safely and as per the manufacturer's guidelines. Let’s Make Memories does not accept responsibility for injury or damage caused by improper use.

5. Weather Conditions
In case of bad weather, particularly heavy rain or high winds, we may need to cancel or reschedule the hire for safety reasons. Let’s Make Memories reserves the right to cancel the booking in extreme weather conditions. A full refund or rearranged date will be offered in this instance.

6. Damage or Loss
The customer will be liable for any damage to the equipment during the hire period. In the event of any damage or loss, the customer will be required to pay for repairs or replacement at full cost.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance
All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before delivery. However, customers should ensure the area is clean and clear of any debris that may damage the equipment.

8. Insurance
All equipment hired from Let’s Make Memories is fully insured. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring the safety of all individuals using the equipment.

9. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to ensure that the equipment is used for its intended purpose only and is not misused. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all attendees are aware of the safety rules.

10. Liability
Let’s Make Memories will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death caused by the improper use of our products or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

11. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking and related communications.

12. Agreement
By booking with Let’s Make Memories, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
