Terms and Conditions for Booking with Let’s Make Memories

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings with Let’s Make Memories are subject to availability. No deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event incur no charge.
• Cancellations made the day before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made on the day of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

All cancellations must be communicated directly to Let’s Make Memories.

3. Delivery & Setup

We will deliver and set up all inflatable equipment at the agreed time and location. The customer must ensure the setup area is clear, accessible, and suitable for the equipment. Any access issues, delays, or unsuitable locations may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.

4. Safety & Supervision

The customer is responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult is present at all times to supervise the equipment during use. All equipment must be used safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Let’s Make Memories accepts no responsibility for injury or damage caused by misuse or lack of supervision.

5. Weather Conditions

For safety reasons, Let’s Make Memories reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in the event of adverse weather conditions, including heavy rain or high winds. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

6. Damage or Loss

The customer is responsible for the equipment for the duration of the hire period. Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment will be charged at the full repair or replacement cost.

7. Cleaning & Maintenance

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before delivery. Customers must ensure the setup area is free from sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, or debris that could damage the equipment.

8. Insurance

All equipment supplied by Let’s Make Memories is fully insured. This insurance does not cover damage or injury caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to supervise.

9. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
• Prevent misuse or unsafe behaviour
• Ensure all users follow the safety guidelines provided

10. Liability

Let’s Make Memories shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from improper use of the equipment or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for booking administration and related communication, in accordance with data protection regulations.

12. Agreement

By booking with Let’s Make Memories, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
