Do you have public liability insurance?
Absolutely! We’re fully insured with £5 million public liability cover.

Do you set up the bouncy castle?
Yes! Our trained team will:
✔ Deliver & set up your bouncy castle
✔ Fully clean & sanitise it before use
✔ Return at collection time to pack everything away.

What if I need to cancel?
No problem! Just let us know as soon as possible:More than 48 hours’ notice – No cancellation charge
Less than 48 hours – 50% cancellation fee
Same-day cancellation – 100% of the booking fee applies.

What happens if it rains?
We can still set up if it’s safe to do so. We’ll call you two days before to confirm if you’d like to go ahead.

What if it’s too windy?
For safety reasons, we cannot operate in winds over 24mph. We secure castles with pegs or sandbags, but if winds exceed this limit, we’ll have to cancel the booking.
